Core Competencies Client/Service Practice Expansion Expands company/practice through increased exposure to executive level clients. Engages in sales calls to existing/future executive level clients. Assist in sales presentations and/or written proposals for business expansion opportunities within existing and new executive level clients. Aid in setting strategic direction for MicroMillennium Management Consulting services. Relationship Management Demonstrates thorough knowledge of executive level client's business needs, expectations, long-term and short-term objectives. Provides extensive (more than one year) consulting services to executive level clients. Provides relationship management for key clients. Engagement Leadership Assumes engagement leader responsibilities for quality assurance on key projects. Can be regarded as primary point of contact between executive level clients and MicroMillennium Management Consulting. Leads projects within larger engagements providing integration services to multiple project engagements. Demonstrated ability to institute project management skill sets, through teaching, applying and giving feedback, and mentoring. Demonstrate knowledge of linkage between project management, change management, business transformation, and process management. Experience in end-to-end management of enterprise-wide/strategic initiatives. Demonstrate experience with program management/project governance and its application. People Leadership Serve as a general role model, mentor and skills transfer agent for company/practice consultants. Evaluates and recommends training programs for MicroMillennium Management Consulting professional staff. Aid in recruiting of company/practice consulting personnel. Consulting Skills & Personal Effectiveness Utilize Project Management Institute, Microsoft Project Framework and/or other consulting methodologies. Trains professionals in these methodologies. Maintains high level of billable utilization (90% +). Bill at company's highest rates as determined by MicroMillennium Management Consulting Sr. Vice President Delivery & Consulting Services, Sr. Vice President Sales, and the Chief Financial Officer. Engagement Management Ensure completion of engagement administrative tasks. Executes and monitors engagement administrative guidelines. Integrates use of technology as appropriate. Demonstrate ability to rapidly contribute to new and on-going project efforts. Industry & Technical Specialization Is recognized as an industry or functional area expert with 15+ years of experience. Maintains the highest level of viable industry skills relevant to specific executive clients to be able to provide value-added services. Maintains a high level of expertise relevant to executive client engagements. Stays current with management consulting, project management tools and systems development methodologies. |
